CEO & Founder
Sports Management professional and AIFF Football Coach with an 8+ year demonstrated history of Marketing and Operations of various Sports, Nipun is skilled in Football, Sports Infrastructure and Project Management. He recognizes the need of grassroots sports and is working towards shaping the nation's Sports diaspora by undertaking and executing various initiatives to drive the potential of India as a Sporting giant into the next decade.
Rohit Parasher
Training & Currciulum
A stalwart in the Indian Football ecosystem, Mr. Parasher is the former Head Coach of the prestigious National Institute of Sports (NIS), Patiala. With over 40 years of experience in Coaching and Sports education, his vast experience and deep analysis in Sports forms the backbone of our research while his deep love for Sports and his indomitable spirit guide the organization and epitomize the concept that "Sports is the greatest reflection of the society we live in".
Sharmila Bhalla
Child Policy & Administration
Sharmila has 36+ years of experience in the field of Education. During the course of her career, she has taught over 11,000 students and organized workshops for parents and teachers alike. An ardent fitness enthusiast she has run multiple half marathons and is fluent in various Indian & Western dance forms. Her experience helps us shape various policies for boys and girls and her strong mathematical background keeps us steadfast in achieving our goals.
Sabera Sheikh
Women's Development
Sabera Sheikh is an Independent businesswoman and a stalwart in Women's Football in Faridabad. She has been deeply involved with the development of Women's Football in Football and Haryana and currently holds an honorary position in the Haryana Football Association. Her tremendous experience and expertise helps motivate our girls and ensure that our focus towards Empowerment of Women through Sport is undeterred.
Dr. Gagan Kapoor
Physiotherapy
Dr. Kapoor is a Sports Physiotherapist with over 20 years of versatile experience in the field of Sports Physiotherapy. He is the former lead physiotherapist for the Indian National Football team (2005-2011) and North East United FC. He is also a member of the medical committee for Football Delhi, the state's Football Association. His tremendous zeal in ensuring injury prevention and rehabilitation helps our players reach their peak potential.
